How do I return an item?

We think you will be absolutely in love with your new item. In the event this is not so, please contact us to speak with a member of our team. We encourage any and all feedback, and will either issue an exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstance.
We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers, our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Unless otherwise noted (restriction apply), After 30 days we are unable to accept returns.
  • In order to process your return, contact us to receive your personal RMA (Return Merchandises Authorization) Confirmation number.
  • Your return items must be unused, unworn, washed or altered, tags must be attached, and in original packaging.
    • Swim items must be returned unused, unworn, in the original packaging, and with the hygienic protection sticker in original condition.
    • Socks The items must be unworn in original packaging. If items are worn or not in original packaging store credit will be issued.
    • Jewelry items must be returned unused, in the original packaging and boxes. For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed.
    Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, along with a copy of your invoice, RMA number and the reason for your return. All items must be returned in its original condition, to ensure full credit. We reserve the right to refuse the return of items when they do not meet the conditions detailed above.
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. We advise that you please use a Tracking or Registered mail carrier service for your return, as it is your responsibility to safely deliver the items back to Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
  • Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  • Send the return package to the following address (unless your packing slip directs otherwise).
  • Once the return authorization number is issued we allow 7 days to ship the return
  • Please allow up to 10 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 14 days of our receiving your returned product. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
Exchanges Made Easy:

  • Due to the limited quantities of merchandise, the item(s) you wish to exchange may no longer be available.
  • We suggest you place a new order of item(s) and return the unwanted item(s) for a refund or store credit on sale items.
  • We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your exchange order.
  • We will bill your credit card for the new item(s) and process your credit card for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it. If the item(s) was sent to you as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original credit card used for the payment. Full price items will be credited back to the original credit card purchased. Sale items will be given store credit by issuing a credit coupon to use for future purchase. Freight and handling charges will not be credited for returns or exchanges.
International orders have a different return process and do not qualify for free merchandise exchanges. Please contact us for returns

Attention International Customers:

For a refund that includes duties, taxes and tariffs, please contact Appfash customer service and ask them to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization. Orders must returned directly to You will receive a refund for the merchandise but not duties, taxes or tariffs.
If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 7 business days of our receiving your returned product. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If you paid with a Gift Card or Appfash MyRewards Points, we'll email you a store credit. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Card or MyRewards Points, the entire merchandise amount will be given by store credit to use for future purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply send your exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase for a ONLINE STORE CREDIT. Sale-priced and discount coupon code merchandise can be returned only. No refunds on sale-priced and discount coupon code merchandise. A ONLINE STORE CREDIT is given on sale-priced merchandise and discount coupon code items.
Final Sale items may not be returned.

Gift cards are nonrefundable
The only exceptions to our return policy are for mistakes made on our behalf, such as wrong sizes or color.
